2026 Holiday on the Plaza Vendor Application

Thank you for your interest in being a vendor in the Lafayette Chamber of Commerce's "Holiday on the Plaza" event. The festivities are Saturday, December 5th from 2-6pm at Festival Plaza in Old Town Lafayette. 

Note: Vendors are required to be fully set by 1:30pm and stay open until 6:01pm. 

This is an intimate community event and as such are only able to select a small number of vendors. We encourage you to apply as we do host several events and festivals throughout the year and are always looking to get the best vendors in front of our community! 

All vendors will have a space of 10x10. You will be required to bring all necessary equipment including your tent, table, chairs, etc. Wifi and electricity are not available so you also need a reliable way to accept payment.

Cost to Participate: $125 for handmade items and specialty goods (i.e. candles, ceramics, artwork); $150 for consumable products (i.e. chocolate, dip mixes, drinks, etc); $300 for food trucks; $75 for brick & mortar stores on Public Road. 

Note: We do not charge any fees until you are accepted and have confirmed participation.
